Here are the slides from my session "10 ways to screw up with Scrum and XP", from the JavaForum conference in Malmö.
I’ve done this session at other conferences, but updated the slides a little bit each time. Interesting that so many people like to hear about how to get it all wrong :o)
Lots of goodies to use back home in the dev team.
We finally took the plunge to implement Scrum and XP. On day 1 of Sprint 1 out PO had a heart attack and has gone off work for several months. Beat that for screwing up your Scrum plans.
Ouch. Hope he gets well.

Interesting links, thanks!
Very nice presentation Henrik !!
I want ask your permission to translate it to portuguese and put it on my blog. I will give you full credit, off course.
Hi Luciano, glad you liked the presentation, feel free to translate it to Portuguese. In fact, anybody is free to translate to whatever language they like.
Nice presentation:) I like it a lot!
I think, 2 more things can be considered as well:
– lack of product vision,
– lack of release goal (or release’s goal not presented to team).
