On Feb 7-8 Tom & Mary Poppendieck will be in Stockholm, we are running a workshop called “Lean Mindset“. Mary and Tom are only here 1-2 times per year, so this a good opportunity!
The workshop emphasizes research, case studies and exercises. You will learn what a lean mindset is, how other companies have exposed and resolved paradoxes, and how this has helped them compete more effectively in today’s fast moving marketplace.
