I’m glad people enjoyed it! The participants were asked to rate how valuable the presentation was on a scale 1-3. The average rating was 3.0 at Deep Lean and 2.9 at Future of Agile :o)
This presentation is based on my Kanban vs Scrum article, I basically took the whole article and translated into animated pictures.

Which link did you try? The first one? It is a PDF file. I tried it just now and it works for me. Maybe it was a temporary problem?
