Very simple explanation. Small comment: I suggest to change “Approved” to “Accepted”. Most likely team should work on what is approved already and accepted in the end. I believe that is what you meant.
Another note: in quite many scenarios deployment might be not the final step in order to get value. Users might need to adjust to deployed increment and do anything required them to start using it. What I am saying is that we should not forget to look from business perspective instead of “Done from Engineering” point of view. Usually we get in such scenario when we develop tool for internal customer.
