The Agile Meeting Cubes gives you purpose, expected outcome and a suggested checklist and possible tools to use for six classical Agile or Scrum Meetings:

  • Release Planning
  • Backlog grooming
  • Sprint Planning
  • Daily Standup
  • Sprint Review
  • Sprint Retrospective

Download it from conceptcubes.com and do the following:

  1. Print it on a 160 gram white paper
  2. Cut the sides out with a scissor
  3. Bend the printout with the help of a rule
  4. Use paper glue to weld it together

Here’s how to use it.

  1. Hi Peter,
Wonderful cube tool. Team can use it during their meetings.
How about to translate it into Chinese?

  2. Hi Peter,
Thanks for this nice article. We figured out that standup meetings are great but needed improvement (they took a lot of time and de-focused our colleagues). Because of this we developed a SaaS tool to “automate” the daily standup meetings – with just a single email. If you like to take a look: http://www.30secondsmail.com.

  4. Hi,

I am Salmiza Saul Hamid, from University of Malaya, Malaysia.

I humbly would like to invite agile practitioners in Crisp to participate in a research study on attitudes that representing agility. I discover that humanity and professionalism (HP) as the attributes representing true leadership attitude as well as agility.

I’m in my final year and this research will serve as my MA dissertation.
Your humble opinion will be of much help to me.

It would be a great help if you could share this survey with other agile practitioners.
